參賽費用 Entry Fee

參賽者所提供之個人資料，只適用於是次「童心‧童想」第三屆亞洲青少年兒童繪畫大賽2022。
每位參賽者只能提交一件參賽作品。重覆遞交只會評審首件已交作品。
參賽者資料將會用於印製證書/獎牌/獎盃(如有)，敬請提供正確的中英文姓名。參賽者資料如有任何更改，主辦協會將收取行政費用$50元正。
如以學校/畫苑/機構名義報名，日後所有通知將直接透過所屬學校/畫苑/機構發放，並不會直接聯絡參賽者。
如因郵遞失誤而引致作品/文件遺失，主辦協會恕不負責。
所有參賽者按比賽章程及細則遞交參賽作品，則已同意向主辦協會無條件授權使用其參賽作品之版權，相關作品可用於比賽宣傳及網上發放/其他媒介刊登之用，主辦協會不會就上述權利向參賽者提供任何形式的通知或補償。
主辦協會有權修改以上各項比賽規則或安排而不作另行通知。

參加繪畫大賽，請於網站或在此下載「個人作品標籤」，填妥後把作品標籤貼於作品背面。
To participate in the painting competition, please download the "Personal Work Label" from the website or here, and paste the work label on the back of the work after completion.

請清楚填寫及核對資料無誤。填妥後把作品標籤複印剪下並貼於作品背面，連同繪畫原稿及付款記錄/劃線支票，於2024年8月20日郵寄或送遞至香港藝術交流協會辦事處。

After complete the online google form, please download “Individual Application Form/Artwork Label” from HKAEA website, fill in the artwork label, cut it out and stick it to the back of the artwork. Finally mail or deliver the original painting and payment record copy to the HKAEA Office on or before 20 August 2024.
